Endelir One is a functional dive-centre ERP built around the way a real dive operation works.

The product began with a simple observation: many dive centres run important parts of the business across separate WhatsApp chats, spreadsheets, booking lists, paper forms, equipment registers, photo folders and staff memory. Each tool may work on its own, but the handoffs between them create missed information and weak visibility.

The operating journey

Endelir One connects the customer and operational journey from first enquiry through booking, preparation, dive-day execution, checkout and post-dive follow-up.

The product covers customer records and CRM, bookings, daily operating boards, staff and rostering, boats, gear and tank status, transport and pickup information, guest service, media delivery, review follow-up and management reporting.

Built from dive-centre operations

This is the product in the portfolio most directly connected with my professional operating experience.

The decisions behind it come from years of dealing with practical questions inside dive centres: Who followed up with the guest? Which boat is leaving? Which staff member is assigned? Is the equipment ready? Which tanks need attention? Has transport been confirmed? Have the guest's photographs been delivered? What happened to the payment or review request? What does management need to know before tomorrow begins?
